To maximize the business-critical leadership competency of influencing she balances the cognitive and emotional aspects of her work with somatic awareness, helping leaders cultivate greater leadership presence and to better understand their energetic imprint when under pressure.
She is an ICF accredited professional coach, qualifying with Newfield Network, USA and is one of the first business coaches in Europe to qualify as a Leadership Embodiment coach and trainer with Wendy Palmer, Embodiment International. She can also be found honing her analytical skills by watching too many Nordic thrillers, observing nature and animal behaviour in the wild, spending time with family, dog-walking, and practising Pilates and Qi Gong.
