TechBio Boost

Topics/expertise will build around 3 common barriers:

• Finding scaling finance
• Building leadership teams and boards as you scale
• Developing as a founder/CEO of a scaling organisation

For new recruits only, the programme will include:

• A structured and curated mentorship programme that will match founders/CEOs with experienced leaders in the sector (based on areas of need identified by the companies).
• A ‘project’ for each organisation which will run throughout the programme – taking the organisations’ greatest scaling challenge (identified by them) and helping them to overcome barriers and provide introductions to help them move the dial.
• An online kick-off workshop to provide orientation for the cohort, allow them to connect and answer questions.
• Opportunity to present at the Demo Day – an outward facing showcase to investors and collaborators.

For the existing TechBio Boost community PLUS new recruits, the programme will include:

• In-person networking/social events for peer-to-peer relationship building.
• A 2-day leadership retreat, bringing together the founders/CEOs of TechBio companies for an intensive programme of workshops and networking.
• Networking at the Demo Day – opportunity to meet investors and collaborators.
