Science apprenticeships information session
The Strategic Board for Science Apprentices has provided funding to enable consultants at Lumi & Lumiere to engage with Science employers to have discussions around the how, why, who and learn more about Apprenticeships.
These sessions are completely funded and free to companies and involve a one-to-one (or one-to-team) coaching session where all aspects of Apprenticeships can be covered including:
- How Apprenticeships work - especially in an SME business
- What is the positive impact of apprenticeships and tracking the return on investment
- How to design plan and align your apprenticeships to your business
- What programs are out there and how can they be accessed
These sessions are designed to support businesses in exploring how apprenticeships can benefit them, understand the costs and funding options, and how to integrate them into current business plans.
