Supporting parents to progress at work into senior leadership positions whilst also balancing commitments as a parent, ultimately addressing gender equality in senior roles and challenging the gender pay gap.
Previous Fellows have described their time on the Leaders Plus Fellowship as “life-transforming” and over half of the latest cohort have been promoted since starting the programme.

The Future Leaders Plus Programme - for parents in junior roles
