SökerData is a pioneering health data intelligence company that aggregates, curates and provides insights specifically from datasets (genomic, clinical and real-world evidence data) from global majority populations. Through an advanced AI-driven data platform, we integrate health data from genomic, clinical and real-world evidence data. Since joining the TechBio Boost programme, SokerData refined their business model, adopted a more strategic approach to market entry, built new partnerships and are securing funding to accelerate R&D and commercialisation.
What were the main challenges your business faced before joining?
Before joining TechBio Boost, our main challenges included limited access to industry connections and a lack of structured support for navigating international markets. We also faced hurdles in refining our commercialisation strategy.
Can you share your experience with TechBio Boost?
Our experience with TechBio Boost has been transformative. We received dedicated one-to-one support, both virtually and in person, which helped us refine our growth and fundraising strategy. The workshops provided valuable insights into market expansion, funding opportunities, and regulatory pathways. As a direct result, we secured new partnerships, increased revenue, and expanded our team with two new hires.
What changes have you made in your business since receiving support?
Since joining TechBio Boost, we have refined our business model and adopted a more strategic approach to market entry. We have also developed new partnerships, improved our investor pitch, and are securing additional funding to accelerate our R&D and commercialisation efforts.
What are your plans for growing your business in the future?
Moving forward, we plan to enhance our product offerings and strengthen our global partnerships. We aim to invest in cutting-edge technology and continue growing our team to support innovation and market demand.
