Coulter Partners announces promotion of Penny Sadler to Managing Partner

Penny Sadler brings 30 years of global search experience to her new role, with a specialization in medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences tools. She also possesses deep expertise in Benelux pharmaceuticals, as well as biotech startups and scaleups. As head of Coulter Partners’ Belgium office, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a profound understanding of the life sciences landscape.

Penny’s career includes 15 years with Spencer Stuart and 7 years with Korn Ferry, where she developed an extensive track record covering all functional areas across Europe. She joined Coulter Partners in 2019, building on her experience by establishing a strong medtech executive search practice.
In her new role, Penny will continue to drive Coulter Partners’ success in placing top-tier talent in board, C-suite, and senior international executive positions. Her deep understanding of the medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences tools sectors, combined with her fluency in English, French, Dutch, and German, allows her to effectively serve clients across diverse markets.

Penny holds a BA in French and German from Durham University, UK.
The promotion follows a strategic leadership transition and the reorganization of Coulter Partners’ Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in June last year, with Bianca Coulter, Co-founder and then CEO assuming the role of Executive Chair, and Nicholas Green taking up the reins as CEO. Additional members of the SLT include Joe Coulter, Co-founder and COO, Charlotte James, Chief of Staff and Operations, and James Bichener, CFO.
