Through immersive site visits, seminars, and a collaborative project, MAC LeaP equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in a fast-evolving industry.

The BIA Manufacturing Advisory Committee (MAC) Leadership Programme (MAC LeaP) is designed to empower emerging leaders in the biopharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy sectors. Focusing on professional growth, cross-sector insights, and peer networking, MAC LeaP provides the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

MAC LeaP is structured around a 12-person cohort model, creating an intimate and focused environment for learning and relationship-building. Participants engage in a rich blend of bi-monthly site visits, facility tours, seminars, and leadership talks, culminating in a collaborative group project that tackles real-world challenges in bioprocessing.
