About Frazier & Deeter UK LLP
Frazier & Deeter was established in Atlanta, Georgia and is now one of the largest accounting and advisory firms in the United States. We are an award-winning firm with deep technical expertise and an even deeper devotion to our clients. In 2019 we opened our London office with the same values and the same approach to client service that has underpinned our success in the US. We now offer a full range of tax, audit and accounting services to businesses in the UK backed by our brand promise of Investing in Relationships to Make a Difference™. We have a strong focus on the life sciences sector and the majority of our clients are mid-market entrepreneurial biotech or tech businesses. Our common ownership structure and single firm approach to providing UK/US accounting services means we are uniquely positioned to support businesses with activities in both the UK and the US. In 2021 we acquired Confluence Tax – a firm that specialised in providing UK tax services to clients in the biotech sector. Since the acquisition we have continued to invest in the sector and grow our specialist team.
