Closed Loop Medicine (CLM) is an early stage UK therapeutics company focussed on care pathways, outcomes and the provision of dynamic personalised therapy regimens underpinned by digital health solutions. The Company combines proven drugs with digital engagement, medical devices and behavioural therapeutic interventions (digital therapeutics) enabling data capture of a whole care pathway. This data is then used to tailor and create personalised care regimens especially where dose optimisation is critical. CLM has products in development in insomnia and hypertension for partnership, as well as opportunities for co-development of novel drug + digital combinational solutions in other areas, including endocrine, metabolic and CNS (incl pain and psychiatry).
