Scientist/Senior Scientist – Cell Biology & Preclinical Development
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist with a strong cancer biology, molecular biology or immunology background to develop our T cell therapeutics platform. The primary focus of this role is to design, execute, & analyze experiments to demonstrate TCR recognition of target cell lines & patient samples.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: designing & executing experiments to assess TCR efficacy & specificity; generating cell lines to express targets of interest for use in TCR characterization assays; performing cytokine release & killing assays with normal cells & cancer cell lines; performing FACS-based assays to study cell populations, cellular signalling, & functional responses related to TCR-targeting; staying informed about the latest advancements in cancer biology methodologies to incorporate innovative approaches into TCR screening strategies.
