We’re on the lookout for a Content Marketing Officer who, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager, will expand our action-packed content calendar and create content across a wide variety of platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content Creation: Write and Develop high quality content e.g. blogs, videos, social media posts, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather information for content development.
  • SEO Optimization: Work with the marketing team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and assist in monitoring performance.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule content for social media platforms, engage with followers, and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Analytics: Assist in tracking content performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Research: Stay updated on industry trends, marketing trends, competitors and audience preferences to inform content strategies.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Transformative Communication: Ability to translate complex R&D and product details into captivating content for the scientific community.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities, with a talent for adapting your style to different channels and audiences.
  • Proven Content Creation: Experience in developing impactful content, including emails, social media campaigns, and scientific articles.
  • Video Enthusiast: A genuine interest in video creation and editing.
  • Background in Communication: Previous experience in communications, journalism, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite: Proficient in tools like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), CMSs (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • A degree in chemistry or computational science.
  • Direct experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
