Developing life sciences leadership in the Northwest
Women in Biotech are thrilled to be returning to Manchester this Autumn. We’ll be hearing from more inspirational women and allies.
With an ever-growing workforce, the Northwest is reaching critical mass in life sciences and successfully retaining its graduates while also attracting new talent from elsewhere—a marked improvement over the past 10 years. The success of industrial clinical trials, development of great life sciences spaces, new regional funds and an ability to pull on the collective strengths of the region are making Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire a life sciences destination. The next challenge is attracting, developing and recruiting senior leaders and site heads to this growing ecosystem.
How do we ensure that we nurture and retain the growing local talent pool to become future leaders, and attract great leaders in from elsewhere? And how do we ensure that female leadership is part of the solution?
Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion; connect with a welcoming and supportive community of talented life science leaders; be inspired and grow your network!
